Prime time for sockeye is last week of June through first 2 weeks of July. These trips are ideal family fun fishing, as sockeye are smaller salmon, usually in the 4 to 7 pound range. They are tremendous eating fish, the tastiest of all salmon. Best success is in the first 2 hours of day light. Fishing is seldom very productive after 11 a.m. Trip pricing is $650 based on 2 guests, an additional $50/guest up to maximum of 6.
